Frédérique started her career at the Barthélémy & Associés law firm.
She worked as South-East France area director at PwC before joining in an independent business law firm in January 2013 to set up its employment law department.
At ELSE, Frédérique continues to pursue her goal of providing her clients with a high level of expertise and a strategic vision of employment law, thanks to an independent structure dedicated to labour law issues.
Her work takes her all over France, although most of her time is spent in Paris and the South East.
Frédérique is a member of the ANDRH and the Avosial network.
She is also a teaching assistant at Aix-Marseille University.
